The Business Objective: Architected and delivered a customized, high-priority customer portal post-login on a major Canadian e-commerce platform (Grand & Toy), optimized for high-frequency business supply procurement.
The Technical Challenge: Designed user-facing capabilities—such as real-time order tracking and frequently ordered items—to drastically reduce client-side latency and accelerate B2B purchasing workflows within a strict enterprise environment.
Agile Governance & Dual-Sprint Execution: Led the UI/Frontend engineering stream under a two-concurrent-sprint model, decoupling the design sprint from the development sprint to maximize cross-functional velocity and ensure high-fidelity delivery.
Technical Ownership: Acted as the Lead Front End UI Developer, bridging product vision with rigorous implementation standards across agile engineering pods.

Enterprise Stack Integration: Architected the integration layer to embed a modern React microservice directly into the legacy ASP.NET and Oracle DotCom enterprise solution.
Custom Component Engine: Built a performant, custom widget ecosystem (drag-and-drop, add, edit, delete) entirely from scratch within a single sprint to bypass rigid off-the-shelf library constraints.

Phase 1 Production Release: Successfully deployed four core mission-critical widgets (Order Tracking, Frequently Ordered, Quick Order, and Custom Lists) under an iterative delivery model.
Quality & Reliability: Delivered enterprise-grade software adhering to strict accessibility and performance standards, directly improving user efficiency for business supply procurement.
